Overview of equipment
The fully automatic double-cavity ink cartridge machine is an integrated automation equipment specially developed for mass production of two-component cartridge bottles. Different from single-cavity ink cartridge equipment, it can simultaneously complete the whole process of dual-cavity independent and accurate filling, proportioning, filling, sealing, capping and discharging, without manual intervention, and completely solve the pain points of traditional single-device split operation, such as low efficiency, large proportioning deviation, poor sealing and easy pollution.
The whole machine adopts industrial 304 stainless steel body, with servo precise control system and photoelectric intelligent detection system, which has stable structure and stable operation, fully conforms to GMP clean production standards and industrial mass production specifications. It is the core equipment for standardized production of pharmaceutical preparations, AB glue, sealant, beauty cosmetics and other industries, and can adapt to 1-5ml conventional bottle, support customized specification debugging, and has strong compatibility.
The core working principle
Relying on the dual-channel independent metering system and closed-loop servo control technology, the equipment realizes the synchronous, quantitative and proportional filling of dual-cavity materials, and the whole process is automatically closed-loop, with clear and accurate core operation logic, which is divided into six core processes:
1. Automatic bottle sorting and feeding: the sorting, conveying and positioning of double-cavity cassette bottles are automatically completed through the vibrating plate+inclined turntable feeding structure, and with the photoelectric detection device, bottles are missing and stuck and automatically stopped by alarm, so as to prevent empty machine operation and equipment failure, and the bottles are smoothly fed without dumping and scratching.
2. Double-cavity accurate proportioning filling: equipped with independent double-channel metering pump, the flow of A and B components can be accurately controlled according to the requirements of material proportioning, and the filling head is embedded in the bottle to work deeply, effectively avoiding material splashing, foaming and pollution, and the filling accuracy error is controlled within 0.5%, ensuring the uniform material proportioning of each cassette bottle.
3. Vacuum exhaust and plugging: vacuum negative pressure exhaust technology is adopted to completely exhaust the air in the double cavity, so as to prevent the oxidation and deterioration of materials; Intelligent clamping teeth accurately press the rubber plug, and the pressure is even and controllable, so as to ensure that the rubber plug fits tightly and avoid the hidden danger of liquid leakage and material leakage from the root.
4. Precise sealing screw cap: Double-station independent screw cap structure, designed for double-channel synchronous sealing of double-chamber cassette bottles and pneumatic constant pressure, which not only ensures the sealing performance, but also avoids the bottle body from being damaged due to excessive pressure, and the sealing qualification rate is as high as over 99%.
5. Intelligent inspection and rejection: it has its own visual inspection and weight verification system, which can automatically identify defective products with abnormal filling quantity, lax sealing and lack of plugs, and automatically reject defective products to ensure the qualified rate of finished products.
6. Automatic discharging and stacking: the finished products can be automatically conveyed and discharged, which can be connected with the assembly lines of plate setting, labeling, weight checking and packaging to realize unmanned continuous mass production.

Compared with the traditional semi-automatic equipment, this machine adopts the dual-channel independent servo metering system, and the dual-cavity materials are filled separately and regulated independently, which can adapt to the two-component materials with different viscosities and different ratios, completely solve the problems of mixed flow and unbalanced ratio of the traditional equipment, meet the requirements of high-precision production technology, and adapt to high-demand production scenes such as medicine and fine chemicals.

The whole process of bottle sorting, filling, filling, sealing, testing and discharging is integrated and designed, and the whole production process can be completed by a single device without manual transfer, manual proportioning and manual sealing. The running speed of the equipment is stable, up to 23 pieces/minute. Compared with the traditional split equipment, the production efficiency is improved by more than 60%, and the labor cost and production time are greatly reduced.

The whole machine adopts a closed and clean design, the core operation area is dust-free and free of impurity accumulation, and the embedded filling+vacuum exhaust process effectively prevents foaming, splashing and oxidation of materials, which fully meets the clean production standards of pharmaceutical GMP. The fuselage is easy to disassemble and clean, and there is no dead angle of material residue, which can be adapted to clean production scenes such as aseptic preparations, high-end beauty cosmetics and food-grade accessories.

Equipped with a full set of intelligent protection system, it can automatically alarm and stop for bottle shortage, material blockage, abnormal pressure and ratio deviation, monitor production data in real time, automatically count production capacity and defective rate, and the material loss rate is extremely low, greatly reducing the waste of raw materials and the loss of equipment downtime.
